for the National Guard and Reserves benefits for them their families, retirees and survivors including health care improvements: embedding Mental Health Care providers in NG units S325, HR948; authorizing TRICARE at same time as those retiring before the age of 60 HR179; improving retirement benefits HR1283, HR181
in favor of military survivors including ending the SBP/DIC offset (Survivor Benefit Plan/ Dependency Indemnity Compensation) for thewidow/widower of a service member who died on active duty or as a result of a service connected disability HR178,S260; allowing families of deceased retiree to retain full last month of retired pay HR493;
