H.R. 303 -- Retired Pay Restoration Act -- To amend title 10, U.S.C., to permit additional retired members of the Armed Forces who have a service-connected disability to receive both disability compensation from the VA for their disability and either retired pay by reason of their years of military service or Combat-Related Special Compensation and to eliminate the phase-in period under current law with respect to such concurrent receipt.
H.R. 333 -- Disabled Veterans Tax Termination Act -- To amend title 10, U.S.C., to permit retired members of the Armed Forces who have a service-connected disability rated less than 50 percent to receive concurrent payment of both retired pay and veterans' disability compensation, to eliminate the phase-in period for concurrent receipt, to extend eligibility for concurrent receipt to chapter 61 disability retirees with less than 20 years of service, and for other purposes.

H.R. 544 -- To amend the Service members Civil Relief Act to permanently extend the period of protections for service members against mortgage foreclosures, and for other purposes. -- Amends the Service members Civil Relief Act to extend from 90 days to 9 months after military service the period of protection against mortgage sale or foreclosure, as well as the stay of proceedings, in the case of an obligation on real property of a service member that originated before the period of military service. (Under current law,
such period reverted from 9 months to 90 days on January 1, 2011.)

P.L. 112-37 -- Veterans Health Care Facilities Capital Improvement Act of 2011 -- To authorize certain Department of Veterans Affairs major medical facility projects and leases, to extend certain expiring provisions of law, and to modify certain authorities of the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.
H.R. 814 -- Medicare VA Reimbursement Act of 2011 -- Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), in cooperation with the VA Secretary, to establish a Medicare VA reimbursement program under which the HHS Secretary shall reimburse the VA Secretary, from the Medicare trust funds, for any item or service: (1) furnished to a Medicare-eligible veteran by a VA medical facility for the treatment of a non-service-connected condition; and (2) covered by Medicare or determined to be medically necessary by the VA Secretary.
H.R. 923 -- Veterans Pensions Protection Act of 2011 -- Excludes from annual income, for purposes of eligibility for pensions for veterans and their surviving spouses and children, reimbursements resulting from: (1) any accident; (2) any theft or loss; (3) any casualty loss; (4) medical expenses resulting from any such accident, theft, or loss; and (5) pain and suffering (including insurance settlement payments and general damages awarded by a court) related to such accident, theft, or loss.
H.R. 1460 -- To provide for automatic enrollment of veterans returning from combat zones into the VA medical system, and for other purposes. -- Directs the VA Secretary to automatically enroll in the VA medical system certain veterans who served on active duty in combat operations during a period of war after the Persian Gulf War or in combat against a hostile force during a period of hostilities after November 11, 1998. Gives such veterans the option of declining enrollment.
H.R. 1484 -- To amend title 38, United States Code, to improve the appeals process of the Department of Veterans Affairs. -- Provides that if a veteran claimant or representative submits new evidence in support of a case for which a substantive appeal has been filed to the Board of Veterans Appeals, such evidence shall be submitted directly to the Board and not to the agency of jurisdiction, unless the claimant or representative requests that the evidence first be reviewed by the agency of jurisdiction.
H.R. 1826 -- To amend title 38, United States Code, to reinstate criminal penalties for persons charging veterans unauthorized fees -- Provides criminal penalties against any person who solicits, contracts for, charges, or receives any fee or compensation from a veteran, other than that currently permitted under law, for: (1) advice on how to file a benefits claim; or (2) the preparation, presentation, or prosecution of a claim before the date on which a notice of disagreement is filed in a proceeding on the claim.

Requires each such increase to be the same percentage as the increase in benefits provided under title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act, on the same effective date.

S. 277 -- Caring for Camp Lejeune Veterans Act of 2011 -- Provides hospital care, medical services, and nursing home care for any illness acquired by veterans and family members who were stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC, while the water there was contaminated by volatile organic compounds, including known human carcinogens and probable human carcinogens.
S. 396 -- Meeting the Inpatient Health Care Needs of Far South Texas Veterans Act of 2011 -- Directs the VA Secretary to: (1) ensure that the South Texas Veterans Affairs Health Care Center in Harlingen, Texas, includes a full-service VA inpatient health care facility; and (2) if needed, modify the existing facility to meet this requirement.
