The UNRWA Accountability and Transparency Act (H.R.4721)
This bill withholds U.S. funding for the UNRWA unless the Department of State makes certifications that neither UNRWA staff and partners nor its funding and facilities are affiliated with terrorism or engaged in the dissemination of anti-American, anti-Israel, or anti-Semitic ideologies. The bill also requires the State Department to implement a plan to encourage other countries to align their activities and efforts regarding the UNRWA with U.S. policy objectives, including the phase out of the UNRWA by resettling Palestinian refugees in countries other than Israel and in territories not controlled by Israel.
The Iron Dome Supplemental Appropriations Act of 2022 (HR 5323)
This bill provides $1 billion in supplemental appropriations for the Department of Defense to provide to the government of Israel for the procurement of the Iron Dome defense system to counter short-range rocket threats.
United States-Israel PTSD Collaborative Research Act (H.R. 852)
This bill establishes a grant program for collaborative efforts between the United States and Israel to advance research on post-traumatic stress disorders. The Department of Defense, in coordination with the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of State, shall award grants to eligible academic institutions or nonprofit entities in the United States. Work shall be conducted by the eligible entity and an entity in Israel under a joint research agreement
Stand With Israel & Reduce The Terrorist Threat
The Palestinian International Terrorism Support Prevention Act of 2021 (H.R. 261)
This bill imposes sanctions targeting Hamas, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, and any affiliate or successor groups. The President shall report to Congress and periodically provide briefings on other specified topics related to the targeted groups, such as where these groups secure financing and surveillance equipment.
HR 2748 - Israel Relations Normalization Act
This bill requires the Department of State to take certain actions promoting the normalization of relations between Israel, Arab states, and other relevant countries and regions.
HR 4350 - National Defense Authorization Act, 2022
Sections related to U.S.-Israel medical partnership for researching Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, recognizing and honoring the service of individuals who served in the U.S. Cadet Nurse Corps during World War II, and funding for the Iron Dome missile defense system.
This bill authorizes FY2022 appropriations for military activities and programs of the Department of Defense (e.g., personnel; research, development, test, and evaluation; and procurement of items such as aircraft, missiles, and ammunition). It also prescribes military personnel strengths for FY2022.

Womens Health Protection Act (H.R.3755)
This bill prohibits governmental restrictions on the provision of, and access to, abortion services.
The Dr. Lorna Breen Health Care Provider Protection Act (H.R.1667)
This bill establishes grants and requires other activities to improve mental and behavioral health and prevent burnout among health care providers.
Access to Infertility Treatment Act (H.R. 4450)
This bill requires private health insurance plans to cover (1) specified infertility treatments (e.g., in vitro fertilization), if the plan also covers obstetrical services; and (2) fertility preservation services for individuals who undergo medically necessary treatment that may cause impairment of fertility. Private health insurance plans must apply cost sharing for such services that does not exceed the amount for similar services covered by the plan. Further, plans are prohibited from (1) providing incentives for plan holders to forego infertility treatment, or (2) reducing the reimbursement rate to providers of such treatments. The bill also extends infertility treatment and fertility preservation coverage to Medicaid enrollees, federal employees, members of the military, and veterans.

Veterans Families Health Services Act (HR 2734)
To improve the reproductive assistance provided by the Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans Affairs to certain members of the Armed Forces, veterans, and their spouses or partners, and for other purposes.
HR 1957 - Veterans Infertility Treatment Act
This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to furnish infertility treatments, standard fertility preservation services, or both to a covered veteran or partner of a covered veteran if the individuals jointly apply for such treatments or services.

Peace and Tolerance in Palestinian Education Act (H.R.2374/S.3209)
This bill requires the Department of State to report on the curriculum used in schools in areas controlled by the Palestinian Authority or located in Gaza and controlled by any other entity. The State Department must make such reports publicly available.
