S.Con.Res.3 - FY 2017 Senate Budget Resolution - A concurrent resolution setting forth the congressional budget for the United States government for fiscal year 2017 and setting forth the appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal years 2018 through 2026. Lobbied against Amendment #39- the Flake Amendment to repeal Davis-Bacon.

Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage - General education unrelated to a specific bill concerning the social benefits of Davis-Bacon, sub chapter IV of Chapter 31 or Title 40, United States Code, to provide prevailing wages to federally funded projects. No bill.
Project Labor Agreements - Working to ensure proper guidance and implementation of Executive Order 13502, encouraging the use of project labor agreements in connection with large-scale construction projects in order to promote economy and efficiency in federal procurement. No bill.
HR 743/S. 244 - The Davis-Bacon Repeal Act - A bill to repeal the wage rates requirements commonly known as the Davis-Bacon Act. Entire bill.
HR 1042 - Responsibility in Federal Contracting Act - A bill to require that the prevailing wage utilized for purposes of subchapter IV of chapter 31 of title 40, United States Code (commonly referred to as the Davis-Bacon Act), be determined by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Entire bill.
