This includes those living with memory loss and mental health concerns . They have facilities in Pierce County and are soon opening up one in Yakima County. They are having access problems to programs, loans and grants, in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and to similar programs in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
