H.R. 1548, The BREATHE Act-SELC supports legislation that closes loopholes in the Clean Air Act (CAA) that allow the oil and gas industry to emit significant amounts of toxic air pollution.
H.R. 1460, The FRESHER Act-SELC supports legislation that would close the loophole in the Clean Water Act (CWA) that endangers water quality near oil and gas production activities.
Sen. Con Res 11, Budget Resolution-SELC opposed various amendments that would weaken clean air and clean water protections, and supported amendments that would enhance these protections.
H.R. 1732 Regulatory Integrity Act-SELC opposed legislation that would require the withdrawal of the proposed Clean Water Rule & the development of a new rule.
