Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) - Review of the permit application for the James River transmission line. Comments re: Draft Disposition Study with Integrated Environmental Assessment for the Willamette Falls Navigation Canal and Locks (OR).
Department of Defense (DOD) - working with DODs Federal Preservation Officer regarding the Military LAND Act; the unintentional demolition of a historic bungalow on Ford Island in Hawaii. Department of the Interior (DOI) -- permit application for the James River transmission line; historic leasing and deferred maintenance in the national parks; organized and provided over 5,300 comments on review of Antiquities Act monument designations over 100,000 acres in size dating back to 1996, including Bears Ears national monument in Utah.
