Correspondence with Senate and House of Representatives favoring reform of the Rural Utilities Service Broadband Loan Program; opposing efforts to include Dairy Market Stabilization Program (DMSP) in bill; favoring Assisting Family Farmers through Insurance Reform Measures (AFFIRM) Act to rein in costs of federal crop insurance program; favoring conservation compliance reform to crop insurance; favoring higher spending reduction target; opposing
