The Mental Illness Chronic Care Improvement Act (HR 3065/S. 1136), all provisions of bill which authorizes a Medicaid demonstration program to improve the health outcomes and satisfaction of individuals with chronic mental illness.
Medicaid Services Restoration Act of 2009 (S 1217), all provisions related to clarifying the definition and scope of rehabilitation services and targeted case management.
Ending the Medicare Disability Waiting Period Act of 2009 (HR 1708/ S 700), all provisions relating to ending the two year waiting period for individuals on disability insurance to receive Medicare coverage for their health care needs.
The Guidance, Understanding, and Information for Dual Eligibles (GUIDE) Act (HR2390), all provisions relating to the creation of a three year demonstration program that would give financial assistance to community provider organizations to aid clients with a mental disability to access medication and navigate the complex Medicare enrollment process.
The Seniors Mental Health Access Improvement Act (H.R. 1693), all provisions related to allowing licensed Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Counselors to seek reimbursement through Medicare.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to expand veteran eligibility for reimbursement by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs for emergency treatment furnished in a non-Department facility, and for other purposes.(HR 1377), all provisions of bill relating to allowing veterans to get reimbursed for emergency care they receive at non-Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) hospitals.
Veterans' Compensation Cost-of-Living Adjustment Act of 2009 (HR 1513), all provisions of bill relating to increasing the rate of veterans' disability compensation, provide additional compensation for dependents and dependency and indemnity compensation for surviving spouses and children.
Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program Reauthorization Act of 2009, (HR 1171), all provisions of bill relating to reauthorize the Department of Veterans Affairs homeless veterans' reintegration programs for job training, counseling, and placement services to expedite the reintegration of homeless veterans into the labor force.
Women Veterans Health Care Improvement Act (HR 1211), all provisions relating to a new program to offer graduate medical education, training and certification to mental health professionals who provide counseling, care and services for veterans suffering from sexual trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder and the creation of a pilot program to provide child care to veterans who are receiving mental health or other intensive care services at Department of Veterans Affairs facilities.

Community Mental Health Services Improvement Act (HR 1011/S 1188), all provisions of bill relating to community mental health services improvement
Community Living Assistance Services and Supports (CLASS) Act (HR 1721/ S 697), all provisions relating to the creation of a new national insurance program for adults seeking access to long-term services and supports if they became functionally disabled.
Child Healthcare Crisis Relief Act of 2009 (HR 1932), Section 3, which amends Part E of Title VII of the Public Health Service Act and is intended to help end the national shortage of children's mental health professionals, including school-based mental health professionals, by encouraging more individuals to enter the field.
Affordable Health Choices Act, all provisions related to the coverage of mental health and substance use disorder services and health information technology investments.
