All issues related to federal public transportation and highway programs, high-speed and intercity passenger rail programs, related authorization and appropriations laws, annual budget resolutions and legislation concerning the Highway Trust Fund, Economic Recovery Legislation and other transportation-related tax and revenue issues. Issues relating to proposals for a new infrastructure spending initiative. Other issues include legislation related to the operations and financing of commuter rail, intercity passenger rail, high speed rail and labor. Tax and budget law as it relates to public transportation, including H. Con. Res. 125.
