H.R. 5344 -- To preserve conditions for, and improve the likelihood of, a two-state solution that secures Israels future as a democratic state and a national home for the Jewish people, a viable, democratic Palestinian state, an end to Israels occupation of the Palestinian territories, and peaceful relations between the two states, and to direct the Department of State and other relevant agencies to take steps to accomplish these ends.

H.R. 5323 -- To provide $1 billion in supplemental appropriations for the Department of Defense to provide to the government of Israel for the procurement of the Iron Dome defense system to counter short-range rocket threats.

H.R. 4373 / Senate State and Foreign Operations Appropriations bill -- A bill to provide FY2022 appropriations for the Department of State, foreign operations, and related programs.

Full funding of the $3.3 billion in Foreign Military Financing (FMF) for Israel pledged in the US-Israel Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on security assistance, with new provisions in the bill and its accompanying report that ensure that equipment purchased with FMF is used in a manner consistent with US law and national security policies, including specifying that items supplied pursuant to the MOU may not be used in any way that undermines the prospects of a negotiated two-state solution;


$225 million in Economic Support Funds (ESF) for assistance to the West Bank and Gaza;


a 12% increase to the Migration and Refugee Account, from which funding for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) is drawn, as well as easing requirements to allow funds to flow faster and praising the Biden administration for reestablishing a relationship with UNRWA;


Funding of at least $50 million for programs in the Nita M. Lowey Middle East Partnership for Peace Act; and


Robust overall funding for global US assistance, State Department personnel and operations, financial commitments to multilateral organizations and related programs supporting peace and diplomacy.

S.2119 - Combatting BDS Act of 2021 - would authorize state and local government laws that penalize businesses and contractors who choose of their own volition to boycott Israel or its settlements in the occupied Palestinian territory

S. 2489 - Anti-BDS Labelling Act - to require the maintenance of the country of origin markings for imported goods produced in the West Bank or Gaza, and for other purposes.

Mast Committee Amendment to H.R.3524 - EAGLE Act - To revitalize and reassert United States leadership, investment, and engagement in the Indo-Pacific region and globally
H.R.2590 - Defending the Human Rights of Palestinian Children and Families Living Under Israeli Military Occupation Act - the bill would authorize end-use restrictions on the use of funds for child detention and related practices that violate relevant international law and standards, including demolitions, forced transfer, and annexation.


Letter led by Reps. Mark Pocan and Debbie Dingell urging the administration to press the Israeli and Egyptian governments to ease restrictions on Gaza

H.R.4. -- John Lewis Voting Rights Act -- To establish new criteria for determining which states and political subdivisions must obtain preclearance before changes to voting practices may take effect. Preclearance is the process of receiving preapproval from the Department of Justice (DOJ) or the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia before making legal changes that would affect voting rights.
