H.R.1638 - Iranian Leadership Asset Transparency Act - A bill that would require the Department of the Treasury to submit within 270 days and annually thereafter for the next two years a report regarding the funds or assets held in U.S. and foreign financial institutions that are directly or indirectly controlled by specified Iranian officials.
H.R.4324 - Strengthening Oversight of Iran's Access to Finance Act - A bill that would impose additional certification requirements on the administration in order to carry out current US obligations related to commercial aircraft sales under the JCPOA. It imposes new, unilateral terms for continuation of the JCPOA that are unrelated to Iran's nuclear conduct.
