HR 1427 Promoting Innovation and Access to Life-Saving Medicines Act, provisions relating to FDA approval of affordable access to biotech drugs (i.e. generic drugs) for long-term savings for patients and payers.

HR 11 the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act of 2009, provisions which eliminated the statute of limitations for filing pay discrimination claims.
H. 12 The Paycheck Fairness Act, opposed amending the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to provide effective remedies to victims of discrimination in the payment of wages on the basis of sex. This bill increases frivolous and abusive litigation against employers.
S 166 The Title VII Fairness Act, support this bill to amend the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and clarify the filing period applicable to charges of discrimination relating to pay.
S 181 The Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act of 2009, opposed this bill which reversed a 2007 Supreme Court ruling that held the statute of limitations for filing a claim alleging pay discrimination begins when the act occurs. This bill greatly extends the time period for employees to file such claims.
