H.R. 1407: To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to reduce cost-sharing under Part D of such title for certain non-institutional full-benefit dual eligible individuals.
S. 534: A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to reduce cost-sharing under part D of such title for certain non-institutional full-benefit dual eligible individuals.
S. 647: A bill to amend titles XVIII and XIX of the Social Security Act to improve the transparency of information on skilled nursing facilities and nursing facilities and to clarify and improve the targeting of the enforcement of requirements with respect to such facilities.
S. 1110: A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to create a sensible infrastructure for delivery system reform by renaming the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission, making the Commission an executive branch agency, and providing the Commission new resources and authority to implement Medicare payment policy.

H.R. 1237: The Fairness in Nursing Home Arbitration Act which would prohibit use of pre-dispute arbitration agreements of nursing facilities or assisted living residences.
H.R. 1020: Arbitration Fairness Act of 2009. The bill would prohibit the use of all pre-dispute arbitration agreements.
H.R. 1788: Oppose the False Claims Correction Act of 2009.
S.458: A bill which propose further amendments to the civil False Claims Act (FCA) to expand the scope of liability under the statute and remove necessary safeguards against unfounded qui tam lawsuits. Consider recently passed anti-fraud bill (S.86) this year's compromise to ensure the FCA is a more potent and useful weapon against taxpayer fraud.
S. 512: A bill to amend chapter 1 of title 9, United States Code with respect to arbitration.
S. 386: The Fraud Enforcement and Recovery Act of 2009 (FERA). This bill is intended to improve enforcement against mortgage, securities and other fraud related to federal assistance and relief programs. The bill also includes changes to the False Claims Act Amendments of 1986 that would increase the liability for contractors and subcontractos who submit false claims for repayment on government contracts.
