H.R. 3288-FY 2010 Consolidated Appropriations Act: A bill making appropriations for: Transportation-HUD; Commerce-Justice-Science; Financial Services; Labor-HHS; Military Construction-VA; and State-Foreign Operations, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010, and for other purposes; Division A, Title II Housing and Urban Development; - all funding and administrative provisions related to affordable housing programs, with particular emphasis on full funding of 12 month terms of project-based Section 8 contracts and fair housing activities to create translations and programs to assist persons with limited English proficiency (LEP).
