Energy efficiency legislation advocacy including, but not limited to, Federal energy issues, rebate programs, schools coordination, and Smart Building Acceleration. Efforts to authorize new programs for any potential stimulus activities that can use efficiency to increase employment, and authorizations, including but not limited to, Weatherization and State Energy programs. Also coordinated efforts to facilitate discussions with Department of Energy on implementation energy efficiency-related provisions from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.

ENG-related legislative efforts including, but not limited to:
H.R.3684 - Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, all provisions related to energy efficiency programs and initiatives.
H.R.1485 & S.531 - Open Back Better Act, all provisions of the legislation.
H.R.5376 - Build Back Better Act, all provisions related to energy efficiency programs and initiatives.
Forthcoming legislative package with provisions related to improving energy efficiency in buildings and the industrial sector, formerly introduced as the Energy Savings and Industrial Competitiveness (ESIC) Act.
