H.R. 3145 Water Quality Protection and Job Creation Act of 2011 (amendments to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act) interested in provisions applying Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements to projects funded under the proposed Act.
H.R. 3407 Alaskan Energy for American Jobs Act (legislation authorizing Secretary of Interior to grant leases for gas and oil drilling in the Alaska National Wildlife Refuge) interested in provisions applying Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements to projects funded under the Act and authorizing use of project labor agreements on construction work associated with oil and gas exploration.
H.R. 4017 Smart Energy Act of 2012 (legislation implementing federal programs and policies to promote private sector investment in energy-efficient building upgrades) interested in application of Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements to projects receiving federal financial assistance under the Act.
