Mental Health First Aid Act of 2015 (S. 711/H.R.1877), all provisions related to authorizing a demonstration program to train college faculty and staff in Mental Health First Aid, a community education program that helps people identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and addictions and deal with psychiatric crises
Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act (S. 524/Conference Committee Report), all provisions related to a series of resources and incentives to help states and local governments expand drug treatment, prevention and recovery efforts.
Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act (H.R. 2646), all provisions related to comprehensive mental health and substance abuse treatment services reform, including the expansion of the Excellence in Mental Health Act and the Behavioral Health IT Act.
Including Families in Mental Health Recovery Act (H.R. 2690), all provisions related to the codification of misunderstood guidance regarding the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Mental Health and Safe Communities Act (S. 2002), all provisions related to comprehensive mental health and substance use treatment services reform, including efforts to address comprehensive criminal justice reforms.

Medicare Coverage for Addiction Recovery Expansion Act (S.2605) all provisions related to expanding the number of residential substance use treatment facilities through Medicaid.
The Craig Thomas Rural Hospital and Provider Equity Act (R-HoPE) (S.3545) all provisions related to expanding access to health care services in rural communities including allowing marriage and family therapists and mental health counselors to directly bill Medicare for their services.
