Our organization is concerned with so-called "1-800-BAD-DRUG" ads which have the potential to compel older adults to divert from their physician prescribed medication. Our organization has been advocating for these ads to have a disclaimer at the end of the ad, telling viewers not to divert their prescribed medication regime without consulting their doctor.
