- S. 604 Highway Rights of Way Permitting Efficiency Act, to allow certain permitting authorities to encourage expansion of broadband services to rural communities
- H.R. 1224, NIST Cybersecurity Framework Assessment and Auditing Act of 2017, would amend the National Institute of Standards and Technology Act to implement of framework and audits for improving cybersecurity
- H.R. 290, FCC Process Reform Act of 2017, would amend the Communications Act of 1934 to provide for greater transparency and efficiency in the procedures followed by the FCC
- S. 1013, A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide tax benefits for investments in gigabit opportunity zones
