Opposition to a waiver request submitted to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) by Methodist and LaBonheur Hospitals of Memphis. The Members of Congress lobbied were: Representatives Cooper, Tanner, Cohen, and Blackburn. CMS was not contacted.
