In support of repeal of enforcement provisions associated with the employer mandate requirements and penalties contained in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
In support of the Save American Workers Act (HR 3798)and the Forty Hours is Full-Time Act (S1782), which redefine a full-time employee as one working a minimum of 40 hours per week in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act
In support of the Commonsense Reporting Act (H.R. 3919), which simplifies the process of providing employer-coverage information to health insurance providers as well as employees and their spouses.

Against the Workplace Democracy Act (S. 2810, H.R. 5728) and the Workers Freedom to Negotiate Act" (S. 3064, H.R. 6080) which contains anti-business proposals such as shortened union election cycles, an indirect joint employer standard, disclosure of confidential conversations and lesser restrictions on union targeting.
