S. 839, H.R. 2030, College Transparency Act - Streamlines reporting requirements for postsecondary institutions and makes program-level data more available to students.
S. 1396, H.R. 2861, Americas College Promise Act of 2021- Creates federal-state partnership that enables students to attend community college tuition-free.
S. 5029, H.R. 3578, Community College Student Success Act - Seeks to improve community college graduation rates by expanding student support services.

Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Reauthorization - Primary federal workforce development legislation to bring about increased coordination among labor and related programs. Due for reauthorization as of 2020.
S.2800, Community College to Career Fund in Higher Education Act - This bill would establish a grant program for industry partnerships with community colleges to set up and strengthen workforce programs that lead to jobs.

American Jobs Plan (AJP) - President Bidens $2 trillion proposal that aims to create jobs, rebuild the nation's infrastructure, and increase American competitiveness over ten years. The AJP includes several community college policies and funding priorities, including $12 billion to improve community colleges physical and technological infrastructure, $100 billion to expand high-speed broadband across the country, and $48 billion to build the capacity of the current workforce development system by supporting community college-business partnerships.
American Families Plan (AFP) - President Bidens $1.8 trillion proposal that focuses on children and families wellbeing, providing economic resources and ensuring access to high quality, affordable education over the next ten years. The AFP includes substantial funding for tuition assistance and student aid, including $109 billion to extend two years of free community college to all Americans, including Dreamers and a $1,400 increase to the Pell Grant maximum award.
H.R. 1319, American Rescue Plan Act - House and Senate budget reconciliation bill that contains $1.9 trillion in pandemic-related aid. The measure includes $39.6 billion to support institutions of higher education.
H.R.3684, Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act - provide infrastructure investments across multiple sectors.
