* H.R 2166/S. 150, Ensuring Parity in MA for Audio-Only Telehealth Act of 2020, to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to require the inclusion of certain audio-only diagnoses in the determination of risk adjustment for Medicare Advantage plans, and for other purposes.
* H.R.1868 - To prevent across-the-board direct spending cuts, and for other purposes; issues related to preventing sequestration funding cuts to safety net programs, including Medicare.
* Issues related to Pharmacy Direct and Indirect Remuneration (DIR).
* Policies that impact public programs payments for high cost drugs including gene therapies.
* Proposals that impact Medicare Part D such as formulary requirements, pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) disclosure provisions, closing the Part D coverage gap and direct negotiation of prescription drug prices.
* S. 748 Medicare Sequester Relief Act - to prevent substantial payment cuts to Medicare payments to health care providers from taking effect during the COVID-19 public health emergency.
