Support for the Rockefeller two-year delay bill (to delay EPA from regulating stationary sources of GHG emissions for two years). Concern about the possibility of EPA regulating coal ash as a hazardous waste instead of allowing for beneficial uses. Concerns about upcoming regulation of cooling water intake structures (known as 316(b)) by EPA.
