Climate Change - Advocated for language in HR 2454 the "American Clean Energy and Security Act," HR 2969 the "Water System Adaptation Partnerships Act of 2009," and S 1733, the "Clean Energy Jobs & American Power Act," S 1712, a bill to promote water efficiency, conservation and adaptation, and for other purposes.
State administration of the the EPA SRF program.
SRF reauthorization bill on the Senate (S 1005) and House side (HR 5320). Advocated for language in the House DWSRF bill to reduced lead levels in pipes (HR 5289).
SDWA implementation: EPA request for supplemental information on perchlorate, arsenic compliance for rural communities.
