Specific legislation lobbied include the renewable energy and public land provision of H.R. 3534, the CLEAR Act, introduced by Chairman Rahall of the House Natural Resources Committee and the public lands renewable energy text of the American Clean Energy Leadership Act of 2009 in the Senate Energy and Natural Resources
Committee. Other issues lobbied include the draft Forest Service Directives RIN0596-AC61 related to siting wind projects in Forest Service lands, the final rule issued by the MMS related to the siting of offshore renewable energy projects, and BLM's implementation of its Wind Energy Development Policy.

Home Energy Retrofit Finance Act (S. 1246, Sen. Sanders) as an amendment to the American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009 (ACES, H.R. 2454). This program would support residential sector energy efficiency and renewable energy, and seek to leverage private investment in the home retrofit market. The program would support local government efforts (such as clean energy district financing), utility efforts (such as on-bill financing), and other residential sector finance mechanisms.
