HR 4310 - National Defense Authorization Act for FY2013 - A bill to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2013 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year. Section 28 - lobbied for the use of project labor agreements in military construction projects and military family housing projects.
