S. 590/H.R. 1310, the Campus Accountability and Safety Act - legislation to eliminate sexual misconduct on college campuses. Provisions of interest include the establishment of new campus resources and support services, training requirements for campus personnel, and details concerning the implementation of a climate survey and the establishment of memorandum of understanding with local law enforcement.
