S. 787. Clean Water Restoration Act. Opposed to bill's language to eliminate the term "navigable waters" from current law, thus expanding federal jurisdiction to all waters of the U.S.
H.R. 5426 and S. 3622. Support this bill that requires EPA to finalize their proposed exemption of milk storage tanks and associated
piping from Spill Prevention, Control and Counter Measure Rules Requirement (SPCC).
S. 1816. Chesapeake Clean Water and Ecosystem Restoration Act. Opposed to the anti-agriculture provisions in this bill.

Trans-Pacific Partnership Free Trade Agreement now being considered by President Obama's Administration. We are opposed to this agreement if New Zealand dairy products are included with free trade status. Supportive and working for trade legislation in favor of Cuba trade and travel. H.R. 4645 and S. 1089 Promotes agriculture trade with Cuba.
Opposed to Geographical Indicators (GI) provisions in the proposed European Union-South Korea Free Trade Agreement.

H.R. 1799. A bill that would allow states to increase the size and weight limits allowed on interstate highways. It will also reduce the number of trucks on highways, wear and tear on our roadways and national fuel consumption. Additionally, emissions and the overall carbon footprint would be reduced.
