H.R. 848 and S. 379 "The Performance Royalities Act" opposed any new performance fee, tax, royality or other charge that would be levied on broadcasters. H. Con. Res. 49 and S. Con. Res. 14, "The Local Radio Freedom Act." Opposed any new performance fee, tax, royalty or other change that would be levied on broadcasters.
H.R. 927 "Satellite Consumers' Right to Local Channels Act" regarding local carriage of all television channels.
H.R. 2994 "Satellite Home Viewer Reauthorization Act to Reauthorize (SHVERA) of 2004" - Support for reauthorizing most current provisions of the act and Senate Commerce Committee draft bill.
S. 2764 "Satellite Television Extension and Localism Act (STELA) - a bill to reauthorize SHVERA.
