Concerns with SBA's rule that includes non-Federal Work Study student employees in the employee count threshold for institutions to be eligible for the Paycheck Protection Program, SBA-2020-0024; support for S.4317, the SAFE TO WORK Act, which would provide temporary and targeted liability protections related to COVID-19; support for the confirmation of EEOC and NLRB nominees; comments filed to the DOL Women's Bureau on paid leave (85 FR 43264); and comments filed to the DOL Wage and Hour Division on implementation of the FMLA (85 FR 43513).
