H.R. 1849/H.R 4550- Practice of Law Technical Clarification Act-amends the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act to exclude law firms and licensed attorneys who are engaged in activities related to legal proceedings from the definition of debt collector and amends the Consumer Financial Protection Act from exercising supervisory or enforcement authority.
S. 105 - Consumer Financial Protection Board Act - to amend the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 to transition the BCFP to a 5 member board of directors.
S. 387-Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Accountablity Act-To amend the Consumer Protection Act of 2010 to bring the BCFP under the congressional appropriation process.
H.R. 10 - Financial CHOICE Act. Legislation to scale back regulations enacted by the 2010 Dodd-Frank Act.

S. 564 - HANGUP Act-Bill strikes a provision of the 2015 Budget Act that exempts callers collecting debt owed or guaranteed by the federal government without their affirmative express consent.
S. 3078/H.R. 6026-Bill to amend the Communications Act of 1934 to define a robocall as a call or test message made using equipment that makes a series of calls to stored telephone numbers, including telephone numbers stored on a list or to telephone numbers produced using a random or sequential number generator; or call made using an artificial or prerecorded voice.
