Opposed the following pieces of legislation:
S.1807 - Corn Ethanol Elimination Act of 2013
Amends the Clean Air Act to eliminate the volume standards under the renewable fuel program applicable to corn-starch ethanol.
H.R. 1462 - RFS Reform Act of 2013
Decreases the RFS volume requirements and eliminates the separate advanced biofuel volume requirement for 2014-2022. Prohibits EPA from allowing blends of ethanol higher than E10 and reverses EPAs E15 waiver.
H.R. 1482 - Renewable Fuel Standard Amendments Act
Revises the RFS2 by requiring that renewable fuel be advanced biofuel beginning January 1, 2014. Decreases the volume requirements of the RFS for 2014-2022 and revokes the separate advanced biofuel standard for those years.
H.R. 3895 - Energy Exploration and Production to Achieve National Demand Act (EXPAND Act)
Repeals section 211(o) of the Clean Air Act relating to the Renewable Fuel Standard.

S. 1563 - Biofuels Market Expansion Act of 2013
Requires automakers to manufacture at least 50% of 2015 and 2016 model year automobiles and light duty trucks as dual fueled, and 90% for 2017 and subsequent model years. Requires the DoE to make grants to eligible facilities for blender pump installation. Makes renewable fuel pipelines eligible for loan guarantees.
H.R. 2493 - Open Fuel Standard Act of 2013
Requires each fleet of a manufacturer of passenger automobiles (including light-duty motor vehicles) to comprise at least 30% qualified vehicles in model year 2016, and 50% qualified vehicles in model year 2017 and each subsequent year.
