Expand debt issuance with a Direct Pay Bonds Program. include tax-exempt bond priorities including restoration of advance refunding and support for small issuers as part of any infrastructure legislation. Extend and expand the universal charitable deduction created under the CARES Act.

Comments on USCIS-2021-0013 requesting that the future rulemaking announced in the ANRPM undo the previous administration's public charge rules and ensure that new rules do not "cause undue fear among immigrant communities or present other obstacles to immigrants and their families accessing public services available to them."
Request for F-1 and J-1 visa flexibilities for Afghan students and scholars displaced by the crisis in their country.
Responses to DHS Docket Number USCSIS-2021-0006 regarding an NPRM on DACA including:
-urge DHS to expand the criteria
-urge DHS not to separte the forms and process for deferred action and work authorization
-allow new flexibilities for Title IV eligibility for DACA recipients
Request that international students and scholars be allowed flexibility to be vaccinated against COVID-19 upon entering the United States.
