FAA Authorization and Appropriations - FAA Reauthorization's & various provisions included in HR 915 and HR 1586, to include lobbying against the inclusion of a user fee, to amend language in Sec 303, and to address issues regarding inspection language in HR 915, and to allow for federal financing for NextGen equipage.
