ACE Kids: Support for the ACE Kids Act, S 428 and HR 3325, which seeks to make it easier for children with medical complexity to seek treatment across state lines.
340B: Sought the reversal of cuts to 340B reimbursements in the final Medicare Outpatient Prospective Payment System - H.R. 4392. Opposed measures that would limit expansions of the 340B program and require burdensome, irrelevant and unnecessary reporting by 340B covered entities - H.R. 4710, S. 2312, and S. 2453. Supported H.R. 6071 (Matsui) to require HHS to audit drug manufacturers and publish 340B ceiling prices.
Opposed proposed public charge rule, which would punish children with disabilities and complex medical conditions, and make it harder for them to pursue lawful citizenship.
