S 49 Railroad Antitrust Enforcement Act. Oppose provisions which would repeal the limited railroad antitrust exemptions and which would permit reopenning previously approved railroad transactions.
Surface Transportation Authorization Act. Monitor proposals concerning railroads including railroad safety and railroad funding.
HR 304 to retroactively increase the limitation on liability for certain passenger rail accidents or incidents (monitor).
HR 30 Taking Responsible Action for Community Safety Act requiring the Surface Transportation Board to consider the effect of railroad mergers on local communities (monitor).
