BASF supports existing laws and regulations requiring rigorous scientific evaluation of pesticide products, legal certainty with respect to existing pesticide registrations, sound implementation and eventual renewal of the Pesticide Registration Improvement Act (PRIA) and efficient processes for pesticide evaluations under the Endangered Species Act.
Biostimulants (no bills). BASF supports a consistent and predictable path to
market for plant biostimulant products, including at both EPA and USDA.
