Surface Transporation Reauthorization Act - To promote the reauthorization of the bill which would provide an extension of highway programs authorized under the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users. Entire bill. No bill number.
HR 658 - FAA Reauthorization and Reform Act of 2011 - A bill to amend Title 49, United States Code, to authorize appropriations for the Federal Aviation Administration for fiscal years 2011 through 2014, to streamline programs, create efficiencies, reduce waste and improve aviation safety and capacity, to provide stable funding for the national aviation system. Worked to defeat Amendment 228; to prevent any funds from this act to be used to administer or enforce Davis Bacon.

HR 2055 - Military Construction and Veterans Affairs and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2012 - A bill making appropriations for military construction, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending Sept. 30, 2012. Worked to pass Amendment 411; to strike the section of the bill that would bar the use of funds to implement or enforce an executive order or rule encouraging agencies to consider requiring the use of project labor agreements on federal construction projects exceeding $25 million in cost. Worked to defeat Amendment 413; to bar the use of funds in the bill to administer or enforce Davis Bacon Act prevailing wage requirements.
