Taylor English Decisions, LLC represents Gresham Transportation Services, LLC to monitor DBE compliance related to an FTA grant and to make occasional contacts as necessary.
During the Q2 2018 reporting period, Taylor English Decisions, LLC received $25,000 from Gresham Transportation Services, LLC to request that the Acting Administrator of the FTA provide assistance with DBE compliance for FTA grant.
DC - WOODALL / FERGUSON MEETINGS
On May 24, 2018 Taylor English Decisions, LLC lobbyists Earl Ehrhart and Trey Paris met with multiple members of Congress to discuss DBE compliance related to a FTA grant awarded to the Metropolitan Atlanta Regional Transportation Authority (or "MARTA").
They met personally with Congressman Rob Woodall (GA 7th Dist.) and Congressman Drew Ferguson (GA 3rd Dist.). From Woodalls office, Derick Corbett (Chief of Staff) and Alex Poirot (Sen. Policy Advisor) attended the meeting. From Fergusons office, Bobby Saparow (Chief of Staff) and Mary Dee Beal (Legislative Director) attended the meeting.
DC - STAFFS OF ISAKSON / PERDUE / JOHNSON
Later on May 24, 2018, they met with certain staff members of Senator Johnny Isakson (GA) and Senator David Perdue (GA). Specifically, they met with Derrick Dickey (Perdue - Chief of Staff), Jack Oversight (Isakson - Policy Director).
Furthermore, they met with certain staff members of Representative Hank Johnson (GA 4th Dist). Specifically, they met with Arthur Sidney (Chief of Staff), Jacqui Kappler (Legislative Director), and Brian Duckworth (Transportation LA).

Later on May 24, 2018, Taylor English Decisions, LLC lobbyists Earl Ehrhart and Trey Paris met with multiple federal agency members from the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Federal Transit Authority (FTA). As well as members from the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure: Subcommittee on Highways and Transit.
Members from the Department of Transportation and Federal Transportation Administration that were present at the meeting included: Janelle Hinton (Equal Opportunity Specialist), Dawn Sweet (Acting Director of FTAs Civil Rights Headquarters Operations Division), Dana C. Nifosi (Deputy Chief Counsel), Scheryl Portee (Attorney), Benjamin Locksmith (Congressional Affairs Assistant), Sean Poole (Special Assistant), and Phil Newman (Associate Administrator for Communications & Congressional Affairs).
Members from the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure: Subcommittee on Highways and Transit included Chairman, Sam Graves (MO 6th Dist.) and Ranking Member, Eleanor Norton (DC).
