S.716 - the Innovation Inspiration school grant program - The purpose is to provide STEM grants for rural and underserved communities. We lobbyied to incorporate funding flexibility in the legislation so that it would include broadband and technology as an allowable expense for the grant.

FLSA 29 U.S.C. 213 revise the FLSA by modernizing the Computer Professional exemption so that it aligns with the expanded roles being performed by computer professionals today and has room to continue to grow along with the industry; and establishing an Inside Sales Exemption. The law currently provides an exemption for sales employees who spend more than half of their time outside in sales calls.
