H.R. 1204, the Community Pharmacy Fairness Act of 2009; H.R. 4489, the FEHBP Prescription Drug Integrity, Transparency and Cost Savings Act of 2010 and working on Senate companion; H.R. 5234, the PBM Audit Reform and Transparency Act of 2010 and working on Senate companion; working with Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and pensions on a potential hearing; working with House Committee on Energy and Commerce (health subcommittee) on a potential hearing; worked with the Senate
