S. 3520/H.R. 5618 -Unemployment Insurance Extension Act of 2010 - This bill provides for an extension of unemployment insurance.
H.R. 5080 - Summer Unemployment Benefits, amends the IRS Code of 1986.
H.R. 5300 - Fairness & Accuracy in Employment Background Checks Act of 2010 - provides safeguards with respect to the FBI criminal background checks.

H.R. 2161 - The Family and Medical Leave Act Restoration Act, all provisions related to the nullification of regulations promulgated under the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993.
H.R. 1152/H.R. 2460 - Healthy Families Act - This bill allows Americans to earn paid sick time so that they can address their own health needs and the health needs of their families.
S. 2910 - Increasing American Wages and Benefits Act , all provisions relating to increasing wages and benefits of the blue collar workers by strengthening labor provisions in the H-2B program and providing for labor recruiter accountability.
S. 1584/H.R. - Employment Non-Discrimination Act - This bill prohibits employment discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity.

S.1778/H.R. 2381 - Nurse and Health Care Worker Protection Act of 2009 - This bill directs the Secretary of Labor to issue an
occupational safety and health standard to reduce injuries to patients, direct-care registered nurses, and all other health care workers
by establishing a safe patient handling and injury prevention standard, and for other purposes.
H.R. 4489 - FEHBP Prescription Drug Integrity, Transparency, and Cost Savings Act, all provisions amending Chapter 89 of Title 5, United States Code, to ensure program integrity, transparency, and cost savings in the pricing and contracting of prescription drug benefits under the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program.
H.R. 4872 - Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act, urging no amendments to bill which makes a number of health-related financing and revenue changes to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act enacted by H.R. 3590 and modifies higher education assistance provisions.
H.R. 4757 - Health Insurance Rate Act of 2010 - This bill provide for the establishment of a Health Insurance Rate Authority to establish limits on premium rating and for other purposes.
Participated in conference call with the White House Office of Health Reform to discuss the implementation of reinsurance provisions for early retirees health insurance reform.
