H.R. 2502 - The Renewable Energy Parity Act: Would amend the Internal Revenue Code to extend the energy tax credit to solar energy, fuel cell, microturbine, combined health and power system, small wind energy, and thermal energy properties for which construction does not begin before January 1, 2017.
H.R. 1900 - The Natural Gas Pipeline Permitting Act: Amends the Natural Gas Act to direct the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to approve or deny a certificate of public convenience and necessity for a prefiled project within 12 months after receiving a complete application that is ready to be processed.
H.R. 5682 & S. 2280 - A Bill to approve the Keystone XL Pipeline: Authorizes TransCanada Keystone Pipeline, L.P. to construct, connect, operate, and maintain the pipeline and cross-border facilities specified in an application filed by TransCanada Corporation to the Department of State on May 4, 2012.

Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act - Sought administrative and legislative changes to the law that would help alleviate some of the requirements that have been imposed upon multi-employer health and welfare insurance plans.
H.R.3489 -- A bill to amend section 1341 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to repeal the funding mechanism for the transitional reinsurance program in the individual market. Repeal the transitional reinsurance tax on self funded insurance plans including multi-employer health and welfare funds.
S.2253 & H.R. 4735 - Health Care Fairness and Stability Act: A bill that would amend the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) to provide a temporary shift in the scheduled collection of payments for the transitional reinsurance program intended to help stabilize premiums for coverage in the individual health insurance markets from 2014 through 2016.
