Small Business Lending Enhancement Act (S. 968), Credit Union Small Business Jobs Creation Act (H.R. 688): Advocated for adoption of this bill, which would allow Credit Unions make more member businesses.
Privacy Notification Modernization Act (S. 635, H.R. 749): Advocated for adoption of the legislation, which would require privacy notice to be sent to credit union members only if there has been a change in the privacy policy from the previous year.
Credit Union Share Insurance Fund Parity Act (S. 2699, H.R. 3468): Advocated for adoption of the legislation, which would direct the National Credit Union Administration to issue a regulation to extend share insurance coverage to these accounts held by credit union members, providing parity with similar accounts insured by the FDIC.
Capital Access for Small Community Financial Insitutions Act (S. 1806, H.R. 3584): Advocated for adoption of the legislation, which corrects a drafting error in a 1989 bill that inadvertently omitted priveately insured credit unions' access to the Federal Home Loan Bank System. loans as a percentage of the credit union's total assets or net worth.
