Title XVII - Working to ensure that the Title XVII Loan Guarantee program, created by the 2005 Energy Policy Act, operates in the manner consistent with Congressional intent. No bill number.
Sempra Baja Transmission - Lobbied to halt the Sempra 1250 megawatt tieline connecting the California grid to new wind farms in Mexico; lobbying instead that the tieline should be built in Imperial County, California, creating nearly 5 years of work for some 600 construction workers. No bill number.
Passive House Act - Legislation to incentivize passive house building and remodeling by increasing the Low Income Housing Tax Credit for pass houses, and enabling a manufacturing credit for domestically purchased passive house materials. Entire bill. No bill number.
