Topics included the formula used to calculate Medicare DSH payments, accreditation of sleep laboratories under the Medicare program, Medicaid DSH audit litigation, and changes to the Medicare wage index formula.
- Corresponded with members of the Missouri congressional delegation regarding the American Health Care Act, with focus on components of the legislation that provide direct benefits to states that expanded Medicaid eligibility under the Affordable Care Act in comparison to direct benefits to states that did not expand Medicaid eligibility.
