--Lobbied for FAA reauthorization to include:
(1) streamlining of FAA's certification activities and effective use of ODA program;
(2) expansion of FAA's current UAS roadmap reporting requirements with annual publication and opportunity for review and comment by stakeholders;
(3) support design, certification and operations standards for complete integration of commercial UAS into the NAS;
(4) appropriate policies to maximize commercial UAS market growth;
(5) accelerated UAS rulemakings on security issues (remote identification, operations over fixed sites, and operations near airports), operations over people, and beyond visual line of sight;
(6) assurance all organizations within FAA are coordinating effectively on accelerating full UAS integration (AVS, ATO, NextGen, Airports, Spectrum and Policy Offices.);
(7) federal preemption of certain state and local laws governing UAS. (H.R. 4, S. 1405);
(8) Continue ATC modernization and maintain effective industry input and collaboration;
(9) Support robust investment in FAA operations, E&E and RE&D accounts and strengthen infrastructure and safety investment;
(10) FAA leadership on supersonic aircraft policies; and
(11) Expansion of UAS Integration Pilot Program.

FY 19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) to include (P.L. 115-232): clarifying the definition of a commercial item, TINA waivers, non-commercial modifications, data rights during a challenge;
--Lobbied for language and full funding in the FY 19 Defense Appropriations bills (H.R. 6157; S. 3159) for:
(1) Handheld Manpack Small Form Fit (HMS) acquisition strategy;
(2) The Air Force's F-35 to include funding for the Helmet Mounted Display System (HMDS);
(3) The Navy's Common Range Integrated Instruction System (CRIIS);
(4) The Navy's CH-53K program;
(5) The Army's UH-60M program;
(6) The Air Force's B-21 funding

(1) The Air Force's F-35 appropriations to include funding for the Helmet Mounted Display System (HMDS).
(2) The Navy's Common Range Integrated Instrumentation System (CRIIS) appropriations.
(3) The Navy's CH-53K appropriations.
(4) The Army's appropriations for the UH-60M for the active Army and the ARNG.
B)--Maintain FAA and NASA appropriations at or above FY 18 enacted level including adequate funding for:
(1) all FAA certification and safety activities, including certification reform;
(2) continued investment in NextGen and core ATC programs; and
(3) UAS research, and acceleration of UAS integration (H.R. 6072, S. 3023, H.R. 5952,
S. 3072).
C)--Lobbied for FRA and FTA funding including:
(1) adequate FRA funding for positive train control;
(2) FRA and FTA funding for research and infrastructure (H.R. 6072, S. 3023).
