H.R.915 Rep. Cuellar, Henry (D-TX) - Jaime Zapata Border Enforcement Security Task Force Act. (Provisions authorizing appropriations for FY2012-FY2016 to: (1) establish and operate the BEST program; and (2) investigate, apprehend, and prosecute individuals engaged in drug trafficking, arms smuggling, illegal alien trafficking, and smuggling, violence, and kidnapping along and across the U.S. borders.)
H.R.1299 Rep. Miller, Candice S. (R-MI) - Secure Border Act of 2012. (Provisions that directs the Secretary of Homeland Security (DHS) to submit to the appropriate congressional committees a comprehensive strategy for gaining, within five years, operational control of the international borders between U.S. ports of entry.)
H.R.3842 Rep. Black, Diane (R-TN) - To prohibit Federal funding for lawsuits seeking to invalidate specified State laws that support the enforcement of Federal immigration laws. (Provisions that amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to direct the Secretary of Homeland Security (DHS) to consider any credible relevant evidence, including evidence submitted by an accused U.S. national or permanent resident, in adjudicating an application for cancellation of removal by an alien who has been battered or subjected to extreme cruelty.)

(Provisions that aims to increase information sharing and efficient use of technology within the Department of Homeland Security, and between federal, state, and local governments and the private sector, in an effort to improve maritime and aviation security at U.S. ports of entry.)

S.3083 Sen. Rubio, Marco (R-FL) - Responsible Child Tax Credit Eligibility Verification Act of 2012 (Provisions to amend the Internal Revenue Code to require a taxpayer who is an alien and who is claiming the refundable portion of the child tax credit to attach to his or her tax return a photocopy of: (1) each page of the taxpayer's passport; (2) the taxpayer's nonimmigrant visa; (3) the taxpayer's employment authorization; (4) the taxpayer's arrival-departure record (Form I-94); and (5) the passport, visa, and Form I-94 for each qualifying alien child of the taxpayer.)
S3216 Sen. Landrieu, Mary L. (D-LA) - Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2013. (Provisions that relax the requirements for entry into the VWP by allowing into the program countries whose visa overstay rate was not more than three percent in the previous fiscal year.)
S.3245 Sen. Leahy, Patrick J.(D-VT) - A bill to permanently reauthorize the EB-5 Regional Center Program, the E-Verify Program, the Special Immigrant Nonminister Religious Worker Program, and the Conrad State 30 J-1 Visa Waiver Program. (Provisions relating to more controversial issues in three of the four programs because of significant deficiencies in oversight and fraud: A bill to permanently reauthorize the EB-5 Regional Center Program; Special Immigrant Nonminister Religious Worker Program; Conrad State 30 J-1 Visa Waiver Program.)
